Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
TECTARA is a brand operated by Taisana Technologies FZE LLC, a free zone establishment registered in Ajman Media City Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect
- Callback requests: the phone number and email address you enter in the “Give me a callback” form.
- Emails you send us: your name, email address and anything you choose to include in your message.
- Technical data: when you submit the form, the country your request comes from, as identified by our hosting provider, and the time of the request. Our hosting provider also processes IP addresses to deliver and protect the website.
We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website. Please do not send us confidential project information through the website or by unsecured email.
3. Why we use it
We use your data only to respond to your request — to call you back or reply to your email — and to take the steps you ask for before any potential engagement. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or rent it.
4. Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, form handling and email routing.
- Google LLC — the mailbox in which we receive callback requests and emails.
These providers operate infrastructure in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the United Arab Emirates and outside your own country. We rely on these providers’ contractual and security commitments for such transfers.
5. How long we keep it
We keep callback requests and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a business relationship follows or a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your data earlier.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and provide a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data;
- restrict or object to its use, or withdraw your consent.
Send your request to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the competent data protection authority, such as the UAE Data Office or, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
7. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access to it is limited to the people who need it to respond to your request.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
